I can't find or access my ticket, badge, or entry pass
Access your QR code using the button on the event app homepage — make sure you are logged in. We also email your registration and QR code two days before the event. Need help? Email registration@innovategreen.org.
How do I access the event Wi-Fi network?
Connect to the InnovateGreen network. The password is shared in the event app and at the registration desks.
Will the sessions be available on-demand?
Select sessions will be on-demand — check the session tags in the schedule. Presentations are available on each session page and in the slide library.
How can I get my CE credits / attendance certificate?
Have your badge scanned at each session entrance. Allow up to 3 weeks post-show for confirmations. Questions: credits@innovategreen.org.
I am an exhibitor. Where can I get help onsite?
The Exhibitor Help Desk is inside Exhibit Hall B, near the main entrance. It can help with:
- Booth location and exhibitor check-in
- Badges, furniture, internet and electrical support
- Freight, deliveries and last-minute printing
Can I cancel my registration or transfer my ticket?
Contact registration@innovategreen.org to transfer or cancel your registration for a partial refund.
